While you are waiting, you may wish to complete the steps below.
Create A New User
Create new dashboard credentials for us to access your site admin. You can use the email [email protected] as the user email address.
These credentials can be added from your website Dashboard > Users > Add New.
Retrieve Hosting Information
We will likely need FTP/database access to your website to check through the filesystem. Also, many hosts provide backup solutions which we can access from your hosting control panel. Your host will have sent information to you when signing up that contains information on how to access your hosting panel. This information should be forwarded to us so we can access your hosting also.
Download a Backup
If possible, it’s a good idea to download a backup of your website from your old host. We will already create backups during the migration process, but for your own peace of mind, you can never have too many backups!
