Who We Are

Our website address is https://wpensure.co.uk. We are a company based in Finland providing website security services for individuals, companies, eCommerce solutions, and charities.

Collected Data

Contact forms

Our forms are sent through email to us from Mailgun (EU data center). Some of the form content is sent to our Zoho CRM for further processing and is removed from there after work is complete.

Our contact forms do not store your IP address and delete your data after 7 days.

Our order forms do store IP addresses to better track any fraudulent activity. We only use trusted payment providers such as Stripe to handle customer data within the EU.

We make it clear on each form what data will be saved and sent.

Embedded Content

We are careful about the content we embed and do our best to keep third-party cookies and trackers at bay.

Cookies

We do not use third-party cookies intentionally. We limit third-party dependencies whether it’s in our theme, plugins, or any embeds on the site.

Complianz

We use the Complianz plugin for WordPress to help us maintain cookies and alert us to any changes in how privacy is handled.

Analytics

Matomo is used in a GDPR-compliant way through the Complianz plugin. We use Matomo to improve our website, it’s an analytics tool that does not save cookies and respects your privacy. For more information, please visit matomo.org.

Vimeo

We embed videos using Vimeo and add the do not track parameter (dnt=0) to ensure analytics cookies are not used.

Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM for managing leads, customer data, support requests, and project management.

We utilize Zoho CRM in a GDPR-compliant manner always making sure we have consent before sending emails. Users are always able to immediately unsubscribe.

Zoho SalesIQ

We use Zoho SalesIQ to offer live sales and support and chatbots to help customers find the information they are looking for in our Support Center. We have removed this embed from our site however live chat and services are still available from our support center.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not share or sell data. We limit who has access to track visitors and we are transparent with what we do with your data.

Data Breach Procedures

Sensitive data is not stored on our website or server. In the event of a data breach, our policy is to find and fix the issue, and then notify users of any potential breaches.

Automated Decision Making/Profiling

We do not use user data or profiling in our business.

Data Retention

We remove old data, 7 days after it has been processed and the work completed. For customers on recurring plans, billing, and project information are held as long as the work is ongoing.

How We Protect Your Data

We have multiple layers of security both on the website and on any tools we use in customer management.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
